Shipping destinations:

• We ship only domestically and to Canada.

Shipping times:

• We typically process orders within one or two days. We avoid sending packages on Friday or Saturday.
• For delivery, we send USPS Priority Mail. It usually takes 2-3 days.

Shipping cost:

Shipping will be calculated based on weight.

FREE shipping for orders over $70. 

No shipping to  Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

The first time

The first time you burn your candle, allow it to burn for at least two hours until the whole top is liquid with wax. This will help your candle burn more evenly the next time.

Burn time

Depending on the size of your candle, it will last for varying amount of time. You can expect your Candleholic candles to burn approximately 50-80 hours.

Safety

Using a candle is a fire risk. Keep in mind these habits when you use our candles:

• Never leave a lit candle unattended or burning out of sight.
• Keep away from things that catch fire.
• Keep away from children.
• Always place your candle on a level surface.
• Place your candle on a heat resistant, non -flammable surface.
• Stop burning when only 1/2" of unmelted wax remains.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email candleholic.shop@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Candleholic Shop can customize a label, a color or a scent of a candle.

Soap pieces can not be customized.
